Prohibited Content and Commerce Statement

Premier Autoresponder Systems prohibits the use of Premier Autoresponder Systems by any company or site that engages in any of the following:

  1. Provides, sells or offers to sell the following products or content (or services related to the same): pornography; escort services; illegal goods; illegal drugs; illegal drug contraband; pirated computer programs; instructions on how to assemble or otherwise make bombs, grenades or other weapons
  2. Provides, sells, or offers to sell or rent any mailing list
  3. Displays material that exploits children, or otherwise exploits children under 18 years of age
  4. Posts or discloses any personally identifying information or private information about children without their consent (or their parents consent in the case of a minor)
  5. Provides material that is grossly offensive, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity or post any obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable content
  6. Sells or promotes any products or services that are unlawful in the location at which the content is posted or received
  7. Introduces viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses on the Internet
  8. Promotes, solicits or participates in pyramid schemes
  9. Engages in any libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing activity
  10. Posts any content that advocates, promotes or otherwise encourages violence against any governments, organizations, groups or individuals or which provides instruction, information or assistance in causing or carrying out such violence. In addition, Premier Autoresponder Systems reserves the right to prohibit the use of Premier Autoresponder Systems by any company or site at its sole discretion.

Refund Policy

Gold Level Refund Policy

Premier Autoresponder Systems guarantees a "no questions asked" refund of Premier Autoresponder Systems Fees which total $249.50 for the First 24 Hours.

A refund request is only valid if the request is received by the Premier Autoresponder Systems Support Team prior to Server Installation, as it's then accessible by the Customer, or within the first 3 days of buying the Premier Autoresponder Systems whichever is sooner.

The One Time Setup Fee of $249.50 is a non-refundable expense paid to Premier Autoresponder Systems for the administrative costs incurred for setting up and managing the new owner's Premier Autoresponder Systems account.

Refund requests received after the 3 day, 72 hour period will not be honored by Premier Autoresponder Systems.

 

Platinum Level Refund Policy

Premier Autoresponder Systems guarantees a "no questions asked" refund of Premier Autoresponder Systems Fees which total $499.50 for the First 24 Hours.

A refund request is only valid if the request is received by the Premier Autoresponder Systems Support Team as it's then accessible by the Customer, or within the first 3 days of buying the Premier Autoresponder Systems whichever is sooner.

Premier Autoresponder Systems guarantees a "no questions asked" refund of Premier Autoresponder Systems Fees which total $950.00 for the First 24 Hours.

A refund request is only valid if the request is received by the Premier Autoresponder Systems Support Team as it's then accessible by the Customer, or within the first 3 days of buying the Premier Autoresponder Systems whichever is sooner.

The One Time Setup Fee of $950.00 is a non-refundable expense paid to Premier Autoresponder Systems for the administrative costs incurred for setting up and managing the new owner's Premier Autoresponder Systems account.
